They've changed the rules this year to make it worse

Can't quite remember how but general consensus was it's not worth doing any more.

I'm guessing but maybe before the credit could be used towards next seasons season ticket and now it can only be used for cup games (which we famously don't have many of).

Some people were annoyed and were going to complain so maybe they change it.
