I reckon England peaked too early
in that friendly against Argentina during the season (after they took their best players off).
The trouble is, at no point in the past 2 years have England have looked remotely like potential World Champions. And yet the media's drooling over our pamapered and overrated "superstars" have led people to believe otherwise. John Terry world class??? PMSL.
