I live in the Great Yarmouth constituency and…

we have the misfortune to have Rupert Lowe as our MP. From what I’ve heard from the majority of people of more mature years many of them voted for him. They are not even close to ever voting for lib democrats, Labour or the greens.
They are only interested in the present and themselves. The future…..not interested it won’t affect us.
Because they are more likely to vote they have influence disproportionate to their size within the electorate.
We need to encourage younger people to vote, include 16/17 year olds to think long term and protect the future of the planet. Old voters are unlikely to do that.
