If England had not conceded that last goal, would the general feeling be the same?

The general pattern I see is the quality of teams playing are getting better

Paraguay, shading win
Trinidad, waited till 8 minutes to go to get the result
Now Sweden a draw

The quality level is rising, and will be bigger next round, not that much better, cos Ecuador haven't suddenly become world class, but after Equador is real quality against real quality.

Will England be able to handle it?

I have taken some stick over the last few months but I never thought England would be this low key. Many say it will get better, but where and how will it?
