It’s quite a clever business model
It’s bit like if you buy £1000 worth of shares that then double in value, you can sell half your stake to get back your initial investment whilst retaining a ‘free’ stake for the future.
Not sure I would agree a football club which is in the Championship and does not even own its own ground is worth £375m though!!!
Naive Americans who do not understand football relying on even more naive Americans to buy their stakes!
