Dilema...

Ok, i need peoples thoughts on what they would do if they were in my shoes.

Basically ive been on a gap year working, and planed to go to uni starting in september, however that course has now fallen through. I have managed to line up another course and have applied, but my grades don't quite match up, so its by no means certain that they will accept me.

Also because work thought i was leaving, my contract ends at the end of next month, but they have said to me that because circumstances have changed, i could stay with them another year and go uni in 07.

So basically do i:

a) play the safe card and stay where i am for another year

b) gamble on getting into uni, and if i fail risk being courseless and jobless (i no i could get another job, but this one is good money because im in I.T.)

Any help muchhhhhhly appreciated =)
