no gerrard. no rooney obviously had he'd only just been born. fact is, and it always happens unless you can point out otherwise, england NEVER perform well when its 30+ degrees. and that's no great surprise given our climate. why do you think a european country has never won a world cup outside this continent but have bagged 8 world cups. coincidence?????????
