Hawkeye doesn't slow the game up for minutes on end

I accept VAR as a necessary evil (until they can improve it a a lot - I accept it has the potential to improve things considerably but it is currently really badly implemented), but not in a friendly where the result doesn't matter at all. Then it is just a waste of time.
