Quite a few goals as well, I particularly enjoyed the Crook chip over to an overlapping Bowen manoeuvre that no opposition defence ever seemed to spot.
Honourable mentions to Drury, I’d probably have him on the bench. Lewis was also very good and actually decent for us in the Premier League, even if he hasn’t made it work at Newcastle. Giannoulis and Olsson as well. I do remember Colin Sullivan as well. How about Tony Spearing, the master of the sliding tackle to put an opposing winger into the hoardings?
