Doesnt that reflect badly on both Onel and Hoff....
Its interesting that I have a "nutrition expert" friend who was convinced that Onel may have been on the gas in his early years of NCFC.
Obviously that might not be true but lets look at some pictures.

Looked ripped and thick in the photo above but if we look at a more recent one

Not conclusive but he is not as thick and muscular, could be down to diet and maybe fitness levels.
