As usual. Just like all the other campaigns to clamp down on time wasting, and things like simulation, waving pretend cards etc.

I presume there’s no plan to do anything about the all out wrestling that occurs at every corner, or the endless tactical fouling high up the pitch to break up play. And presumably nothing to educate referees on what manufactured contact looks like to win penalties.
