I just wanted to share our fundraising page again as I think the last post got lost in Eurovision!

In 10 days time my husband I will be climbing to the summit of Snowdon to raise money for Prostate Cancer Research. Some of you may remember me telling you previously about my husband's prostate cancer battle. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2020 - the same as Sir Chris Hoy. The prognosis was devastating, it had spread to his spine and skull and they gave him 5 years. However, they signed him up for a Research trial, and 6 months later he had a cryotherapy operation in the hope it would give him more time. He's still doing incredibly well, and is still on his initial treatment plan. We can't be sure how much it is down to this research procedure, but we are so grateful he had that opportunity and want to raise as much as we can in recognition of this. And to help other men like him. If you can spare us any pennies towards our challenge we would be incredibly grateful. We are quite close to raising a total of £10,000 for both Prostate Cancer charities since he was diagnosed so if we can achieve that it would be amazing.
