Another shameless plug...
Feet up tonight after a 20.5 mile training walk along the North Norfolk coast from Sheringham to Weybourne, Holt and High Kelling - a nice round 50,000 steps!
All in preparation for a 26 mile walk through the Peak District in aid of Alzheimer's Society.
Lots of you have already been incredibly generous and I'm very very grateful for all your support.

I promise not to go on about it again for a couple more weeks at least...
