1. Clearly not a pen, Arse defender running and jumping to block the shot with his leg and it's impossible not to use your arms to jump. Also ball hits him from about 2 ft away, nothing he could do to avoid being hit. Nonsense to basically award a goal for that "crime".
Also your hero Dale agrees shouldn't have been a pen, that must hurt?
