Web hosting/SEO gurus, help required

My partner runs a successful business in Norfolk. She has a website hosted by one company, her emails from another company and SEO carried out by another company. All Norfolk based.

She has just found that 70 contact forms have been held up and subsequently a huge value of sales have been lost as a result (10's of thousands). Customers were filling in the form (wordpress website) but it was not then getting through to her email so she had no idea that the forms had been filled in. It used to work fine until 3 months ago. She get's most of her business through emails/referals but the forms are another way that people come to her.

The 3 companies are all blaming each other. So I've suggested leaving them and going to one company who can do SEO, Hosting and emails. She pays them a combined £2k a month between the 3 of them and theyre not being very helpful between them. Whats annoying is she was very happy with the SEO firm as they were doing a great job keeping her at the top of the search engines.

Advice as to a Norwich based SEO/Hosting/Email provider would be great.
