One thing about the new regime, comms has improved notably across the piece, and that's been good to see.

Webber did some good business for us and that's often lost in the noise. His comms style didn't help reduce that noise. He also did some less good business for us of course but show me someone in that role of whom that's not true, the uncertainty on how a given player will work out at a given club is just part of reality.
