I was 100% on board with changing out Wagner for JHT

so hold my hands up if I am personally responsible for the current s**tshow.

I agree that changing the manager after 12 months is far from ideal, but we are absolutely dogs**t and getting worse, so we are in a rock and hard place kind of situation.
