All the talk about giving Hoff another window to create 'his team'

That all make sense in theory, but I just cannot see any way that his style will work in the Premier League.

We would have to spend a lot of money just to get a team that looks like the current Southampton one, and look how the playing out from the back approach has worked out for them.

So, do we trust that he will adapt his style to be more pragmatic, if we do, somehow, get promoted at some point?

I have seen no evidence of system flexibility this season, which is why I think he has only one way of playing, thus giving him another window is doomed to failure.
