Good summary of how I feel. I think that the main mitigation is that this season has been

very disrupted and also lots of young players are getting their first experience of the Champs. I think Goreham said something like 18 different midfield partnerships or something like that. We have barely ever been able to play the same team twice in a row and even more rarely our settled, best team.

That said, there is definitely a game management issue. We quite clearly failed to get to grips with the Weds change of tactics last night and I'm not convinced that was all on the players.

I think we will be better next season but I also have my first doubts about JHT
