Anyone here a whizz with Copilot?

Task:
I give Copilot a reference file containing a list of IDs
I ask Copilot to search my Outlook looking for hits against any of these IDs
Copilot happily goes away and does what is asked, looks in the folder I want, confirms it is able to access the mail bodies & attachments and search within them and find matches, etc.
It returns details of the mails with matches, who sent the email, which IDs it matched, etc.

Issue:
They are all false matches - it seems to return a hit even if the ID isn't a perfect match.

Is there a way to tweak the prompt to reduce/avoid this? I've been direct and asked for perfect matches but it still hallucinates
