I think that game shone because Ivory Coast have been wrongly seeded

IC should be 2nd seeds not 4th, so the match up with Argentina was the first big game of the wc, and it didn't let us down, Argentina showed us what they have and what they are capable of, and Ivory Coast never gave in, and as the Argentinians tried to close the game out at 2-0, Drogba got one back and they were panicking till the final whistle

Agree with the majority of your post though. Need to see how the Czechs handle the loss of Koller, cos the guy that came on for him wasn't the best
