careful tomblander

you got it the wrong way round. When speaking you can't say that blind people are blind cos they'll hear you, but it's fin onthe interweb. It's very dangerous to refer to audially impaired persons as 'deaf' on the net, however, cos some of them are clever enough to know how to read.
