They were pretty average really, but then that is more a reflection of our own shortcomings to be honest.
SCC is right - everyone remembers Germany's easy run, but very few, in their gold and green-tinted glasses, remember how f*cking EASY it was for Brazil to win the World Cup.
I look forward to them playing Italy or the Czech Republic in Round Two. It will be their hardest game in the competition since the '98 final.
