I think it is a good policy

forget the troublesome hugely expensive long winded judicial process often ending in farce and large sums of compensation paid out to murderous f**kwits. Simply gun down a few beardy members of ethnic minorities and discourage all manner of terrorist wannabees. Should have done this yonks ago. Up the Met!
