I was with Avro, they went tits up and my debt was taken over by Octopus.

Octopus still provide my electric, take payments for it but have only ever allocated those payments to the Octopus supplied debt. The Avro debt was shown separately but they never allocated or requested payment for that. It’s now been wiped off. The chap at Octopus couldn’t tell me why it was zero. Have they just written it off? Kerrrrching if they have!
