Norwich big signings history

According to Transfermarkt, these are all the signings we've made above 7m euros (the currency they use) in our history. Essentially everyone who was more expensive than Dean Ashton. Regardless of what they did after NCFC, which have really been worth the cash? Sara ad Brady for sure - both did well for us and then made a profit on sale. Sargent eventually if he stops getting injured. Klose's ability was absolutely worth it initially but was injury prone and clearly dropped in level from then on.

I suppose we could technically say Pritchard as he did get us a small profit if we ignore all the wages we paid him while he was injured, but he contributed very little on the pitch while at Norwich.

The rest didn't live up to the price, and then were sold or released at a considerable loss.

Conclusion - perhaps, contrary to fans' demands, we should stop even trying to "be ambitious".
