This is incredible, and they complain about English hooligans
Stuck away at the bottom of an article about English footie hooligans is the following:
"Two major human rights organisations yesterday warned black and Asian fans to steer clear of parts of Germany during the World Cup. The Berlin-based Africa Council and the International League of Human Rights urged fans to stay away from east Germany and east Berlin."
That's incredible. In how many European countries can you imagine a warning like that being given ?!! Entire areas of the country!
