that Roeder was doing the course when he had his brain illness , so obviously never completed it - understandable in that situation that he should be allowed to take the job
But when a club appoints someone they KNOW has not met the laid down criteria then that club ought to be punished in some way - not southgates fault , but surely an ideal job for him would be at a League 1 or 2 club where he can learn his trade , rather than straight in at Boro , where he is not qualified - I give him less than a season before he is sacked
