tell me about it...I had one of them calling me a 'f**king prick'

the other day on the phone and the girl sat next to me heard it and asked 'aren't you offended, you should complain to the birmingham manager?' I said 'I would do but it's like getting abuse off a child with that accent, can't take it seriously. :>)
