I note that you've missed out the entire midfield there...
(Im afraid Hucks can't really be counted as a midfielder, wherever we nominally play him on the pitch)
given the importance of a decent midfield, I think you've expertly identified why the current squad is nowhere near good enough to challenge for promotion...
