I would have thought the club had a reasonable inkling that Francis would be leaving and there was plenty of time to do something about it.
Everyone had injuries, Preston had injuries, an inferior budget but still managed to play us off the park and make the play-offs.
It's ironic for someone who posts phrases such as 'you're entering an excuse free zone' at the training ground to offer excuses
