New coaching staff...

seems the search for a new 1st team coach is 'going along nicely' according to the managerand hopes to appoint someone before the start of pre-season. This is a bit different from the as soon as possible quotes just after Foley was sacked, whats going on?

Is this another ploy to save some cash by not paying someone in close season? Is there a dearth of applicants and Worthington is scraping around to find anyone that will work with him? Are we inundated with top quality CVs and Worthington is scratching his arse not knowing which one to pick?

Maybe I'm just annoyed the percieved lack of activity from the club. There is a need from the fans point of view that the club is doing something to rectify last seasons woeful performances...at the moment its business as usual
