I am in no doubt that
had it been a Arsenal, Man Citeh or Liverpool striker involved ,as opposed to a Plymouth Argyle one, the ref would have awarded a penalty. But of course, in that case VAR would have been available, and there would have been a long tedious wait for the correct decision to be arrived at.
