maybe they are employing a bit of stick and carrot. The fact they stood by him and gave him the chance to turn it around was the carrot...now its stick time?
I don't know...afterall the only real people that knows what the hell is going on at the club (very little in the transfer stakes it would appear) appears to be the board and Nigel.
