He's worked bloody hard to stay in the England set up, never whinged about playing for a non-fashionable club, never shafted NCFC, kept his head down and managed to get on the plane ... and then that. Gutted gutted gutted. Get well soon Rob. We'll club together to send Mrs Steve in Holland round for a spot of, um, recuperative therapy if it would help. Oh hang on, it's a groin injury.

And gutted about Desmond Dekker too. A black day.
