Many people would have said "This means that Green is considered Number 2!"

James, however, is Number 2 and thus played first. Everyone needs a warm-up and to play a little in an England shirt. So it's not surprising that they were allocated 45mins each.

Unfortunate for Green, but it isn't anyones fault.
