no wonder Worthy and Dowie are such good mates!!

the reasons why supporters lost faith with dowie were :

a) tactically inept; did not understand that the long ball upfield by our centre backs to our two tiny strikers was not working;

b) sticking with players (borrowdale being the prime example) who were so lacking in ability and confidence that they were a liability to their team-mates;

c) despite his reputation, consistently failing to motivate players to give their all for the cause.

so, what do we want :

a) try to play entertaining football

b) players who will really give their all and show 100% commitment

I,for one, would be happy if we got those two things. If we are honest, we got neither last season.
