Free buffet behaviour

My missus once witnessed a rather rotund gent in a string vest pile a plate with chips and proceed to unwrap 8 butter portions and place them on top.

I'm not against snaffling a bit of free grub away. Something for the journey home? Have you seen the cost of service station tiffin lately?
