Share issue agreement to vote with D&M
The agreement with Norfolk Holdings that they will vote with D&M is due to the fact that they had not anticipated being joint majority shareholder this early, apparently this has been driven by the club to help with refinancing the debt.
The agreement is to vote on shareholder issues in this way, they can still vote their own way on board or director issues.
The 3 years commenced from January this year when the shares were issued, so will expire in January 2026.
