1st world problems

Ken Dodds Dad's Dog Phone's Dead. Trying to buy a new one on eBay but can't actually pay for it because all bank cards & paypal want me to use a phone-base authenticator app or send an SMS verification code to authorise a payment. But I don't have a phone.

Smell up the USB doesn't appear to be working either.
