Are the following messages harmless pop ups or something more sinister?..

It always asks the following:

Do you want to install this software?

And the software it wants me to install are the following:

Global S.L.

R.S.Romanservice

Nails

I've never heard of any of them and I always hit cancel, can anyone explain what they are and if it is anything to worry about?..
