Let me begin by admitting that I'm utter crap at these. The only one I've *ever* completed was our team at Cardiff and I bet I took longer over that than anyone else here (I'm embarrassed about how long it took me to remember Paul McVeigh).

I usually have a dip at the Sky Sports one though: imagine the little smile creeping across my face when I saw that today's is the France team of '98. At last, a team I might get. I started with the keeper and moved smoothly forward. Ten correct answers. About to lose my cherry.

France centre forward. Nine letters. But it isn't Trezeguet. Djorkaeff's there already. So it must be Gu'i'va'r'ch. But it isn't, unless the apostrophe is in one of the other positions.

Anyone.............. who the c**ting shag played centre forward in the semifinal vs Croatia?
