the advantage of young players...

is that they are keen and confident to try and prove themselves in the Prem, to improve and become star names. We have largely players who are proven failures at that level, and you have to wonder how hungry they are to get us to the Prem which would see them either:
a) get their limitations exposed badly again; or
b) get shipped out
