that their heads are in the right place...yes, on their shoulders. Max has proved the ultimate professional where that's concerned before but both he and Andy may have set their hearts on a move to further their careers this summer. We need everyone 100% focused on the cause this season. I still think SW will let them go rather than hold up their development.
