it's good that a bank has been exposed for ending a relationship (without candid explanation) because it happens not to like the customer's views, and then spreading, whether or not deliberately, a false explanation about what they did (in breach of confidence on any footing) - surely that's a complete disgrace, whatever one thinks about the man himself? How she survived as long as she did is slightly surprising, though typical of the modern approach to these things - she may not be the last either
