It's not acceptable to spur it off a lighting feed and requires a separate circuit which would be pricey and messy.
We've still got 70s wiring in here, black and red. I had a sparky in to put a 32a feed in for a induction hob a few years back. He started waffling on about how he'd have to rewire the place when I asked if he could spur a 13a socket off an existing one while he was at it.
I did it myself.
