Just tried to move my season ticket

as a mate has has not renewed so as he sits with other friends of mine I thought I would try and move.
It turns out I have to phone game by game to do this as their computer will not let them do it.
The ticket office is not fit for purpose, surely in this modern world we live in it should be a easy thing to do.
