Haven't got a "big" house, but a very up/down one (three floors) with lots of inconvenient walls in the way. This gear has been transformational - rock steady fast wifi all over the house. No blackspots.

Honestly, don't f**k about with some plugin electrical network extender shizer from Amazon. My experience is it really won't work. Just get this, fit it, and never have to think about it again.
