I like Declan but he's not 50 million more than James,
But all this spending will now unleash the money other clubs can spent so little ole Norwich at the bottom of the pecking order might get looked after.

Between Leicester and spurs we might be due a few million, I'd rather have a decent young player from there academy's border line first team than the sell on fees.
