Fwiw (nowt).in my early twenties at Runcton ,late teens even,I used to bowl off cutters
And get blood blisters on my ring finger.in the early 90's when we were still in the South lincs and border league they used an Alfred Reader ball for a season or two.it's seam was higher than anything I've seen and it was as hard as f**k.
